From our earliest years, coffee has been a part of our daily lives. It brought the family together around the table, punctuated conversations, and awakened the senses. Over time, it became much more than a habit: a true passion, almost a vocation.
Everything we do is a matter of heart, body and soul.
Our mission: to share this love of coffee, to introduce its art to those who enjoy it but are not always familiar with it, and to train those who wish to go further. Through our workshops and training courses, we pass on this know-how with the same sincerity and curiosity that have always driven us. BRIN is an adventure born from a family passion and a simple desire: to offer everyone the pleasure of a real, vibrant coffee, full of history.
